The reality is that more than fifty percent of children under 18 live with one birth parent and one other adult who also is a parent to other children. This workshop will focus on
disarming the stepparent myth and offering a new model of "Support Parent" The increasing effectiveness of "parental rights" arrangements requires a healthy awareness of the
"real parent's" role and the importance of the "Support Parent" as an added resource to both the parent and the child. Presented by Denis T. Noonan, III, D.Min.
