for greater fulfillment. For one person a specific event can be devastating, while for another the same experience is the beginning of a new life. This workshop will explore the
physical, cognitive, emotional, and spiritual experience of stress. With a variety of exercises and activities we will explore the difference between DIS-Stress and
EU-Stress. Identify your own pattern of stress response and clarify ways you will want to change. The primary focus will be on discovering
