Boundaries, track 1:
Understanding and setting "Boundaries": A key to developing loving relationships and a healthy community
Do you find it difficult to serve others without burning out, or to say "no" in your life? Is it hard to know where you begin, where you end, and where
someone else starts? Does your team struggle with appropriate roles when the person you are assisting may need a higher level of care? If so,
this workshop is for you. Boundaries are essential to love and care for others freely and responsibly. This workshop is for anyone who wants to
love others, serve, or grow in leadership in their church or other settings.
Boundaries, track 2:
Raising the "red flags" in leadership This seminar will help equip pastors, ministry leaders and lay leaders to know the "Red Flags" that suggest that your role requires
clear boundaries when serving someone in need. The seminar helps you learn to navigate through our mental health and care-giving systems, providing general information on
mental health struggles and diagnoses that many Christians face in the church, with guidance for churches and lay leaders on how to avoid
ethical pitfalls. The workshop is interactive and provides the opportunity to field questions and to talk about the challenges in your ministry. |
