 Resolving conflicts to restore relationships
Conflict is inevitable, it is what we do with conflict that will make or break us! This seminar looks at the biblical foundation of conflict, and how conflict is used by God for relationships to
grow and character to develop. Participants will learn a step-by-step roadmap on how to address interpersonal conflict, and identify conflict styles that can be useful in
turning obstacle into opportunity in relationships. The seminar will address "macro" conflict (such as leadership needing to address s "systemic" problem), as well as "micro" conflict in interpersonal
