Ted Chaffee, M.A., LMFT A practicing clinical member of the American Association for Marital and Family Therapy in private practice, Mr. Chaffee has
logged well over 11,000 hours treating couples and families. Ted also serves on the faculty of the University of Southern Maine's Certificate of Advanced Studies Program in Marriage and Family
Therapy. Colleagues have chosen him as President of the Maine Association for Marital and Family Therapy (term ended in 1997) and former Governor Angus
King appointed him to a second term on the Maine State Board of Counseling Professionals Licensure in 2001 Ted is a graduate of Trinity Evangelical Divinity School and
holds a Masters degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Syracuse University . Ted lives near Portland, Maine with his wife, Lynne, and five
sons where he enjoys hiking, sailing, and amateur carpentry.
